Family Resource Network Our mission is to improve the physical and emotional well-being of children, youth, and families of the Greater Houston area.

The Family Resource Network (FRN) is a social service agency, which is locally governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, formed in 2006 by Sonya Coleman, a local social worker, who was concerned about the many problems of children and families. The FRN, in collaboration, with community organizations, is located in the Southwest, Southeast, and Northwest areas of Houston. The program covers Harri

s County and surrounding counties. Our mission is to improve the physical and emotional well-being of children, youth, and families of the Greater Houston area and to increase the capacity of families to effectively care for their children. Our goals are to support and empower families; and to reduce the number of children and youth removed from their homes by providing parenting and family services. Services Provided:
