Deadline: September 3, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

The Pizza Hut Foundation will award scholarships for education to students who demonstrate financial need and who prove leadership and community involvement in and around our Pizza Hut communities.

These scholarships for education are available for students enrolled in or on track to apply to two- or four-year colleges or universities undergraduate programs, vocational-technical schools, and trade schools. Students must be legal residents of the United States, Guam, or D.C., be at least age 17, and no older than 26. Additionally, they must be eligible for federal financial aid at the college or school they plan to attend.

Back to school is just around the corner! 🚌📚
Remember these important rules when passing a school bus:

Stop: When you see a school bus stopped with its red lights flashing, you must stop.

Stay Stopped: Remain stopped until the red lights stop flashing and the bus begins to move.

Two-Way Roads: If you are on a two-lane road, vehicles in both directions must stop.

Four-Lane Roads: If you are on a divided highway with a median, only traffic in the same direction as the bus needs to stop.

🎉🎓✨ Gulf Coast Organization (GCO) is proud to have awarded scholarships for the fourth consecutive year at the St. Mary Parish Back to School Bash on July 20, 2024! Hosted by Stephanie Hartman in Berwick, LA, this event saw an incredible turnout, with local vendors, clubs, and businesses drawing a vibrant community together.

🎒Volunteers distributed 500 backpacks and school supplies.📓 GCO awarded scholarships to students heading to Loyola University New Orleans, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, University of New Orleans, and Nicholls State University. Our founder, Ken White, reaffirmed our commitment to this event with a goal to award $10,000 in scholarships at the fifth annual event in 2025.
