😎 Summer reading is here at the Kanza Library! 📚☀️

Join us for our “Booked for the Summer” Reading Challenges, beginning on June 1st, and continuing until August 10th.

⭐️We’ve got a great summer reading challenge for kids and adults alike, because a good book is for every age.

⭐️Stop in to pick up your challenge list, keep track of your reading, and enter for our Grand Prize drawings on Friday, August 14, 2026.

⭐️If you finish your challenge early, we will be adding new challenge sheets in July.

⭐️We have so many great prizes to give away!

⭐️It is a simple little challenge, but we hope you will discover your next favorite book along the way!☺️

Our Kaáⁿze Íe word of the day was naⁿshóshowe! 🪶
We read ‘Josie Dances’ by Denise Lajimodiere (citizen of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa.)
✨Everyone created beautiful Jingle Dancer art, enjoyed playtime in the Children’s Room, and since the weather was beautiful we all went out to play on the Percussion Park instruments.✨
