All employees are encouraged to recruit individuals they feel are successful to the MNIS team. Here are some reasons to recruit people you know....if you recruit a potential employee and they put your name as a referral source ON THE APPLICATION, you can receive a $50.00 gift card once the person has been employed for 3 months. Also, after a year of the new hire being with MNIS, the referral source will receive another gift card of $150.00. So go out and recruit, spread the word!!
