Buffalo County Youth Advisory Board Summer Recruitment Event!
At 11:30am on Saturday, June 13, The Buffalo County Youth Advisory Board (YAB) invites all students entering the 8th-12th grades in the 2026-2027 school year to join us for ice cream, sorbet cups, raffle prizes, and an opportunity to learn more about YAB and get involved with our work!

This is a chance for any student looking to create positive change in their community to connect with other young leaders and share their ideas with supportive adult leaders! The Program Manager for the Youth Advisory Board will also be available to help answer questions or fill out an application. Students are encouraged to bring along their friends and family.

Please support the Buffalo County Youth Advisory Board and the work of these young leaders by sharing this flyer with your students and staff! Thank you!

Opportunities for YAB Members to Volunteer
Friday, June 12: Before the sale, starting at 8am, YAB members can volunteer to help set-up and organize donation items for the sale
Saturday, June 13: After the sale, starting around 12pm, YAB members can volunteer to tear-down and put away the items from the sale
