As you’ve likely noticed, demolition of our old school building has started. For anyone interested in preserving a piece of the old building, the project contractors have placed a pile of bricks from the old building near the north west corner of the property. Please feel free to come take one brick per person.

Please DO NOT climb the fence or try to enter the project area.

I hope your summer is going fantastically! Here are a few reminders about Registration next month. Our front office will re-open at the Oquirrh Hills campus on July 27th.

Starting on August 12th (the first day of school), we will start calling the Oquirrh Hills building - West Kearns Elementary; we will then call West Kearns the "old" West Kearns building.

Good evening!

Just a reminder that next Thursday (May 21st) from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm we are hosting an open house for any families to come to West Kearns and tour/visit the campus one last time before we close the doors to our historic building while the new school is being rebuilt on our current site.

West Kearns Elementary will be operating out of the Oquirrh Hills school for the next several years!

Please share the news! We would love to add any pictures/memories you may have of our historic building to a PowerPoint we would love to share with the community. Send us a DM with any pictures you'd like included in this memorial presentation.
