Good evening!

Just a reminder that next Thursday (May 21st) from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm we are hosting an open house for any families to come to West Kearns and tour/visit the campus one last time before we close the doors to our historic building while the new school is being rebuilt on our current site.

West Kearns Elementary will be operating out of the Oquirrh Hills school for the next several years!

Please share the news! We would love to add any pictures/memories you may have of our historic building to a PowerPoint we would love to share with the community. Send us a DM with any pictures you'd like included in this memorial presentation.

IT'S HAPPENING!!!! Our building is getting rebuilt! We hope you can come to the meeting to hear from Mr. Choffin, and District Staff as we talk about the rebuild, and where our school will go while the rebuild is occurring.

What a show! Last week we had our annual DLI Showcase. Students did an amazing job representing different Spanish speaking cultures through song and dance.

We have been learning about community this year at West Kearns and have been working to strengthen our community. Our students spent some time today coloring pictures to help brighten a retirement village to contribute to our wider community.

A crossing guard in Kearns is proving that age doesn’t have to slow you down. Ray Weber has been helping students safely cross the street for 24 years.
