Keene Housing's monthly Board of Commissioners meeting is being held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. This is a public meeting; residents and other community members are invited to attend.

We are excited to introduce Julia Morgan as Keene Housing’s new Director of Planning and Development. Julia brings more than 15 years of affordable housing finance and development experience, including leadership roles at Evernorth and New Hampshire Housing, where she helped finance and deliver affordable housing projects across the state.

In her new role, Julia will lead Keene Housing’s development and preservation efforts, helping secure financing, advance new housing opportunities, and strengthen our existing portfolio. Her expertise and statewide relationships will be invaluable as we work to expand affordable housing options and address the housing crisis in the Monadnock Region.
