Keesler Airman Leadership School

Keesler Airman Leadership School Airman Leadership School is the first level of Professional Military Education enlisted Airmen experience. Department of the Air Force or Department of Defense.

It is a Community College Air Force affiliated program. Completion is required to assume the grade of Staff Sergeant. Class 26-5 is off to a strong start at Airman Leadership School! ✅

During Weeks 1 and 2, our 12 Airmen have built a strong foundation in leadership and followership. Their lessons have included Orientation, Airmanship, The Tongue and Quill, and Presentation Communication.

The students also completed their Physical Readiness Assessment, Blues Inspection, and their first performance task, setting a high standard of excellence early in the course. 💥

This evening we celebrated our newest Air Force and Coast Guard supervisors as they step into the next chapter of leadership.

Class 26-4, you are now entrusted with shaping teams, mentoring future leaders, and setting the example every day.

Week 5 is complete ✅

Class 26-4 wrapped up week 5 with a deep dive into military studies, exploring how the services integrate to accomplish the mission through joint operations and strategic planning.

Throughout the week, the students covered lessons on the Core Missions, Joint Forces Overview, National Defense Strategy, National Military Organizations, and Operational Concepts.

With graduation coming up on Thursday, Class 26-4 is motivated and ready to cross the finish line strong! 🔥

Week 4 is in the books for Class 26-4! ✅

This week’s lessons included Problem Solving, Decorations Program, Interpersonal Communication and Feedback, Personal and Professional Development, Standards and Discipline, Airman Support and Response Actions, and Publications and Forms.

Students also had valuable professional development opportunities during luncheons with our First Sergeants and Chiefs.

Outside the classroom, the class built camaraderie while participating in human performance sessions and the Chiefs/Shirts Volleyball Game. 💥🏐
