Water Bills: Online Payments Just Got Better!

The City of Keizer has changed online payment providers to Xpress Bill Pay from Civic Pay.

You can access Xpress Bill Pay at https://xpressbillpay.com/ #/?org=keizer11183 or through the city’s website at www.keizeror.gov.

The switch was made to provide you with enhanced features like:

• full bill presentations
• paperless billing
• billing history
• auto pay
• stored payment info
• email notifications
• many more

You will need to visit the dedicated Xpress Bill Pay website to establish an online account. If you had an auto pay previously created, or if you were previously signed up for paperless billing in Civic Pay, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting for paperless billing in Xpress Bill Pay.

The previous online payment provider Civic Pay will be unavailable after June 30, 2026.

Another hack for reducing how much stuff you buy: Watch for and avoid trend marketing. Product drops, limited editions, influencer hauls, and seasonal editions can be tempting, but it's just a way to convince you to part with YOUR hard-earned cash for stuff you already have. The marketing can be intense! Turning off ad trackers, disabling browser cookies, unfollowing influencers, and closing ads can help. Focus using your purchasing power on durable items that you truly love so you REDUCE what ends up in the landfill.

The Splash Fountain at Chalmers Jones Park opens today at noon! It will be in operation Wednesday - Sunday, 12-7 p.m. on days forecasted to be over 75 degrees. The fountain will be open for the summer through Labor Day.
