Cross season officially starts on Monday 10 August.

This is the first day of mandatory practice. All paperwork must be completed by then to participate.

You will also need a purple card, which can be picked up at district office and a physical if you did not get one done last year.

We will meet at 9:00 am in the JROTC room at the high school. Bring workout/running clothes. We will do a workout and a run.

Starting this season, Kellogg School District is moving our participation paperwork online through FinalForms.
This new system will streamline the registration process, save you time, and allow you to easily update your student's information whenever needed.

⚠️ CRITICAL DEADLINE: AUGUST 10th
Before our students can participate in regular season practices or activities, all online registration and forms MUST be 100% completed.

This applies to all students participating in the following Fall Sports and Activities:

Fall Sports: Volleyball, Football, Girls Soccer, and Cross Country

Activities: Band, Choir, and Drama

Students will not be allowed to participate on or after August 10th until their FinalForms registration is submitted and verified.

🩺 Mandatory Physical Purple Cards:
In addition to completing FinalForms online, a mandatory physical purple card must be completed by a parent/guardian.

Where to pick them up: Kellogg School District Central Office (800 Bunker Ave., Kellogg)

Office Hours: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

💳 Activity & Athletic Fees
Please mark your calendars for fee payments:

ASB Card: $40

Athletic Transportation Fee: $40

📍 Fees can be paid in person during KHS Registration on August 20th.

To make the online registration process as quick as possible, have the following handy:

Basic medical history and health details

Insurance provider and policy number

Doctor, dentist, and specialist contact info

Preferred hospital information

Create/Log in to your Parent Account: Visit kelloggschools-id.finalforms.com.

Register Your Student: Add your student's details and select all sports, activities, or clubs they plan to join.

Sign & Submit Forms: Complete the required forms and sign your full legal name at the bottom of each page.

Student Signatures: If prompted, ensure your student logs into their email to sign their required forms as well.

💡 Tip: Have more than one student? Once your first child is registered, simply click MY STUDENTS to quickly set up your next student!
