The CDC’s Learn the Signs. Act Early. program offers FREE resources to help parents and caregivers track developmental milestones in how children:

Resources are available for children from 2 months through 5 years, including milestone checklists and the free CDC Milestone Tracker app.

If you have questions or concerns about your child’s development, you don’t have to “wait and see.” Talk with your child’s healthcare provider and ask about developmental screening. Early support can make a difference!

Lake Family Resource Center is excited to host a welcoming and creative space for seniors and older adults in our community! With sponsorship from Kelseyville Sunrise Rotary Club.

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of reflective conversation, creative expression, and meaningful connection in a supportive, peer-based environment. While this group is designed with seniors in mind, adults of all ages who value thoughtful discussion and creativity are welcome to attend.
