WCID #12 Since 1984 the District has been a municipal utility district.

The District consists of approximately 1219 acres of land which includes all or a portion of Cities of Kemah and Clear Lake Shores, as well as various unincorporated areas.

WCID 12,, the repairs on the pipe on Bradford & 7th have been completed,
and passed the pressure test. We will be the replacing the Asphalt with Pressed Concrete starting early next week to wrap up the project.

Good morning, WCID 12 are doing repairs @ Bradford and 7th Street,
We hope to have this work completed by the end of the day on Thursday, at the very latest Friday. Once completed, we will be replacing the asphalt with stamped concrete.. Thank you for patience, if there’s any changes, you will be updated,

We have a small Line Break on Bradford
Between 7th & 8th, and It is being repaired as we speak and will be completed in the Next few hours,

Just a Quick Update from WCID 12
The Bradford Street Project is Scheduled to be Completed in the next 8-10 days. We are trying our best to getting it Completed as soon as possible. Once Completed the Asphalt with be replace with Stamped Concrete
