Weather Alert:
Latest updates show that Tropical Storm Edouard has slowed and could strengthen before making landfall later today.

Heavy rainfall is expected to begin as early as mid-day with some areas experiencing up to 6"-9" of rain. A Flood Watch is currently in effect until 7am Wednesday morning.

Sustained winds of 20-30 mph are anticipated and gusts could exceed 40+ mph.

Residents are advised to...
- Stay connected and informed.
- Secure outdoor furniture and belongings.
- Check your street for blocked or clogged storm drains.
- Avoid any flooded roadways.
- Have a disaster preparedness plan.

Due to tomorrow's inclement weather, Court has been canceled for Tuesday, September 1.

If you have a citation and were scheduled for September 1, please contact the Municipal Court as soon as possible at (281) 334-5910.

At this time, no closure has been suggested for City Hall as we will be following our normal business hours.

Adopt a drain along your street to help keep our drains free and clear, improve drainage, and to keep stormwater flowing quickly and smoothly.
