Mason-Dixon/Arc Corner Heritage Interpretation and Connectivity Plan:

You are invited to a free virtual public workshop on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 7PM, to learn about a plan to highlight the heritage of the Mason-Dixon / Arc Corner Region through the sites and landscapes of Elk, Franklin, London Britain, and New Garden townships. The project team and advisory committee are working to identify locations for possible heritage centers and interpretive sites that can be connected by walking, cycling, and driving routes, creating a network of sites to help tell the story of the Mason Dixon Line and Delaware Arc, and highlight the unique heritage of local communities. Come tell us the sites and stories that are important to you and learn more about the plan.

The project team includes planners and experts from the Brandywine Conservancy, Heritage Strategies, and Miller Designworks, with an advisory committee appointed by the Townships. Funding provided in part by the Chester County Planning Commission Vision Partnership Program.
