Kempton is standing by at our neighbors with a crew of ten firefighters assisting the Community Fire Company of Virginville. Hopefully giving their members the necessary time to heal.

The Kempton Fire Company offers our sincere condolences to the families of Fire Chief Jeff Buck and Assistant Chief Robert Shick, whose lives were cut short in the line of duty. We also extend our unwavering support to the entire membership of the Walnuttown Fire Company.
In the volunteer fire service, we are geared to save lives, sacrifice our time, and constantly give back to our community. However, we are never truly prepared to lose one of our own. This loss cuts deep, affecting the immediate families, their fire company, and the entire brotherhood of the surrounding fire service.
The community supports you, and your fire service family will stand beside you during this difficult time.
