Two judicial roles. One commitment. 100% service.

Did you know that Texas law permits an elected Justice of the Peace to also serve as an appointed municipal judge?

I am honored to have been elected by the people of Precinct 4 to serve as your Justice of the Peace and appointed by the City of Kenedy to serve as Municipal Court Judge.

Each role carries distinct responsibilities. Together they have expanded my judicial experience, broadened my understanding of the law, and allowed me to serve our community across courtrooms.

For nearly 14 years, my standard has remained the same: to be fair, accessible, prepared, respectful, and fully accountable to the people I serve.

My commitment to public service has never been measured in percentages or divided between titles. In fact, I am not the first Justice of the Peace in Karnes County to serve in both capacities. Others before me have honorably held both judicial roles as well.

That history matters. Serving in both courts is neither unusual nor unprecedented. My years in both roles have deepened my knowledge and perspective of the law and strengthened my commitment to the people and communities I serve.

Whether I am serving the residents of Precinct 4 or the City of Kenedy, make no mistake–the people before me receive 100% of my dedication, attention, and respect.

Experience is not diminished by service. It is strengthened by it.

Public service isn’t divided—it’s multiplied.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years. I would be honored to earn your vote once again this November so I can continue serving as your Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4.
