At our August Board Meeting, we had the honor of celebrating Nevaeh O., the 128th graduate of the Wildcat Success Center! 🎉

At just 16 years old, Nevaeh has already reached an incredible milestone. Her family was there to cheer her on as she was recognized by the Kennedale ISD Board of Trustees.

🎟️ 2026–2027 Kennedale ISD Athletic Season Passes are now available!

Skip the individual game tickets and save with a season pass for Kennedale ISD athletics! We have separate adult and student passes available for junior high, high school, and Varsity Football.

🏐 JH All Sport Pass
Adults: $30 | Students: $20
Does not include high school sports.

🏈 HS All Sport Pass
Adults: $35 | Students: $25
Does not include Varsity Football.

🏈 Varsity Football Pass
Adults: $30 | Students: $20
Includes all five home games.

Please note:
• Season passes do not include tournaments or playoff games.
• All students must purchase a ticket or pass for athletic events.
• Student passes must be on the student’s own phone for entry.
• A valid student ID/driver's license will be required at the gate and must match the name on the ticket/pass.

Individual game prices for HS and JH athletic events remain the same as last year.

🐾 PAW-sitively Awesome: Mr. Walker! 🐾

Kennedale ISD is proud to celebrate the dedicated staff members who go above and beyond for our students, campuses, and community through our PAW (Paw-sitively Awesome Wildcat) Awards! 💚

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Mr. Walker from James F. Delaney Elementary, who received nearly 20 PAW Awards last school year, with many of them coming directly from his students! 🐾

Students and colleagues recognized Mr. Walker for the way he makes math engaging and understandable, encourages his students, and always takes the extra time to help them succeed. From staying late to help students to building meaningful relationships and reminding them that they are capable, his impact goes far beyond the classroom.

The kind words from his students say it best: Mr. Walker is kind, encouraging, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’re so thankful for the difference he makes every day! 💚

Thank you, Mr. Walker, for being a truly PAW-sitively Awesome Wildcat and for the lasting impact you continue to make in the lives of our students! 🐾

Congratulations to Kennedale High School Class of 2019 graduate Jaden Smith on signing with the Dallas Cowboys!

After continuing his football career at Montana State, Tarleton State and the University of Nevada, Jaden is now chasing his NFL dream right up the road in Dallas.

We’re so proud to see where his hard work and determination have taken him, and we’ll be cheering him on every step of the way!

🚌 Need Bus Transportation? Start Here!

If your student needs bus transportation this school year, you must complete a Student Transportation Request Form before they can ride the bus.

Once your form is completed, Goldstar Transit will email you your student’s route information.

Important: Calling Goldstar Transit or the Bus Barn does not register your student to ride the bus. A completed transportation request form is required for liability purposes.

Kennedale ISD earned a B rating from the Texas Education Agency, which has just released the 2025-2026 TEA Accountability Ratings for schools and districts. This rating reflects the growth that is happening across all our campuses, and families across the area are taking notice.

📈 Jumped from a 77 (C) to an 81 (B) in a single year
🏅 Every eligible campus earned at least one TEA distinction
⭐ Kennedale High School earned FOUR distinctions
📍 One of the top-scoring districts in our area

It takes a village to raise a child, and Kennedale has one of the best. We're proud of our progress, and we're committed to building on it every single day.
