Today's Memorial Day service in Kenner was a powerful tribute to the brave men and women who have served our nation with valor and sacrifice, inspiring us to strive for a brighter future and honor their legacy by building a world where freedom and justice thrive. We extend our deepest gratitude to the servicemen and women, their families, and colleagues who have endured unimaginable loss, and we salute their unwavering dedication. To all who gathered to pay respects, we offer heartfelt thanks, and special appreciation goes to Kenner resident and Army Lieutenant Colonel Robert Brown, whose stirring words as guest speaker will linger long after today.
