Congratulations also to Keith Conley Chief of Police, Councilman at Large Joe Stagni, Councilman at Large George Branigan, District 1 Councilperson Dee Dunn, District 2 Councilman Tom Willmott, District 3 Councilman Joey LaHatte, District 4 Councilperson Kristi Katsanis McKinney and District 5 Councilman Danny Riehm for being elected and offering your services to the city! Celebration of Life Honoring Mr. Claude Todaro

Family, friends, colleagues, and members of the community are invited to attend a special Celebration of Life honoring Mr. Claude Todaro on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kenner Lions Club located 2001 18th Street.

The gathering will immediately follow the City of Kenner Memorial Day Ceremony beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Kenner Veterans Park.

A proud World War II and Korean War Veteran, Mr. Todaro devoted his life to service as:

* Founding Chairman of the Kenner Naval Museum Commission
* Respected Kenner businessman
* Civic leader and councilman
* Dedicated activist in numerous service organizations
* Long time resident and advocate for the Kenner community

Friends and community members are warmly invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of his remarkable life and legacy.

Following a brief commemorative program, guests will enjoy food, beverages, and special live entertainment.

Celebrate the life of Claude Todaro, Sr. and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.
