The e bike stirred conversation of the future of auto and the opportunities around simple preparations that can be made now.

ITS Q4, do you know where you business is going? Do you spend so much time in the day to day that you do not even know where you are?

This Friday, we will be going over what a Q4 target looks like, places to find clarity on where you currently are. As well as tips and insights from other local automotive shop owners on what they have done and are happy to share.

As a bonus, by request of a guest last week we will be sharing a mechanics disclaimer attached to every invoice and estimate that the customers acknowledges upon approval.

The inaugural Shop Talk Meetup was a success! Not just because one person and one dog showed up, but because we define success for the Shop Talk Meetup as consistently showing up every Friday at 7am. The initial timeline of the commitment is 12 months. It’s going to be really awesome looking back 12 months from now.
