3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center provides training for each role that operates within the wraparound process.

Each offered training is designed to teach team members the skills needed to fulfill their role on the team, as well as provide new tools to equip team members to work successfully with families. Our training also emphasizes how each role fits into the greater wraparound philosophy to create cohesive teams and in turn positively impact families.

ces have partnered with Laura Burger Lucas of ohana coaching to create the 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center in Kennewick, Washington. The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center provides introductory and advanced skill-based, role-specific training for agency administrators, managers, front-line facilitators, staff in associated roles and interested members of the community. The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center leverages the community relationship that 3 Rivers Wraparound has forged throughout their 13 years of operation and their reputation as a premier wraparound program in Washington state. The 3 Rivers Wraparound Learning Center draws from ohana coaching’s rich and varied experience offering training, coaching, and consultation to systems of care across the country. ohana coaching is the primary author of training materials and Laura Burger Lucas is one of our trainers.

Goal: To help new and seasoned Care Coordinators understand how to engage youth, families and allied system partners in an ongoing process to address unmet needs by leveraging strengths and other resources. Topics will include strengths and needs discovery, behavior analysis, individualized plan development, data-driven plan refinement and conflict and barriers resolution. Also useful for Program Managers to understand the skills and expectations care coordinators use in facilitating the wraparound process. Training will feature round robin facilitation and other experiential activities. Experienced care coordinators and coaches will be on hand to offer support and feedback.
