Please join us in welcoming Odalys Gonzalez as one of three new Board Members to the BFWDC.

Odalys is a Community & Political Organizer with United Food and Commercial Workers Local 3000. Odalys has held organizing and representation roles within UFCW3000 where she has supported workers in building a strong union, enforcing contracts, developing workplace leaders, and mobilizing collective action.

She is deeply committed to continuing to organize workers and to fighting for social justice in our workplaces and our communities. Odalys believes lasting change is built through strong relationships, courageous leadership, and collective power.

Her engagement, professionalism, and commitment to workforce and community-focused initiatives will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow and serve our region.

A strategic Labor Leader & Workforce Development Advocate, Aaron Siefken is a seasoned labor professional and Business Representative for IBEW Local 112, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the electrical industry to the Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council.

With his experience, passion, and dedication to our mission, we’re looking forward to the fresh perspective and leadership he brings to our organization and know his involvement will help strengthen our work and expand our impact in the community.

The BFWDC is thrilled to welcome Tatjana Roberts as our newest Board Member!

Tatjana joined ESD in 2019 and has led initiatives that have improved the UI program, customer experience, and employee experience. Most recently, Tatjana designed and launched the ISD Leadership Academy. Tatjana is currently serving as the ESD Interim Director, Eastern Region.

We’re especially excited for the perspective, dedication, and fresh ideas she will bring as we continue to grow and strengthen our impact. Our team is proud to have her on board and looks forward to the contributions she will make alongside our leadership.
