BAD HOMBRE ILLEGAL ALIEN CONVICTED OF CHILD S*XUAL ABUSE MATERIAL SENTENCED TO PRISON

David Gaspar Raymundo-Perez was sentenced to 16 years in Wisconsin State Prison for possession of child po*******hy. Raymundo-Perez, an illegal alien from Guatemala who was previously deported in 2019, and return during Democratic leadership open border policies remains subject to an ICE hold. Kenosha County sent a clear message: we prosecuted and convicted a child predator, and after he serves that sentence, he will be turned over to ICE for deportation from the United States.

ANOTHER BAD HOMBRE OFF OUR STREETS

Will A. Perez-Lopez, an illegal alien from Guatemala, was convicted of 2nd Offense OWI and sentenced to the Kenosha County Jail. After completing his jail sentence, Perez-Lopez will be transferred directly from the jail to ICE custody.

Kenosha County is not a sanctuary county. Illegal aliens will be turned over to ICE. No excuses. No sanctuary.

Stephen J. Kaye, 35, was sentenced to 115 years in the Wisconsin State Prison system, including 70 years of initial confinement, after being convicted of s*xually assaulting and exploiting two children under age 12 and possessing child po*******hy.

Even with sentence credit, Kaye is expected to remain incarcerated until approximately age 102.

The case was prosecuted by District Attorney Xavier Solis and Assistant District Attorney Morgan Millar.

DA Solis praised Millar’s work, saying, “Assistant District Attorney Morgan Millar delivered an excellent sentencing argument that reflected the seriousness of these horrific crimes and the lasting harm inflicted on the victims.”

We also thank the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office detectives whose investigative work helped bring these cases forward and ensure accountability for these serious crimes.

Today, following testimony at a preliminary hearing, the court found probable cause and bound Natalie Faith Benante over for trial. District Attorney Xavier Solis handled the evidentiary hearing. Benante is charged with second-degree reckless homicide, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and knowingly operating without a valid license causing death. She allegedly drove while impaired by a control substance, lost control, crossed the centerline and caused a fatal head-on collision. She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

ROCKFORD MAN CATFISHED IN ICAC STING, TRAVELS TO MEET A 15 YEAR OLD

Daniel J. Renteria, 26, was sentenced to 10 years initial confinement and 13 years extended supervision after traveling to Twin Lakes believing he was meeting a 15-year-old. Charges included Computer Facilitation of a Child S*x Crime, and Possession of Child Po*******hy. “My office will aggressively prosecute those who target children online or possess child s*xual abuse material,” District Attorney Xavier Solis said. “We thank the Twin Lakes Police Department for their outstanding work on this case.”

FORMER BRADFORD SUBSTITUTE TEACHER SENTENCED TO PRISON

Alexander Poyner, 33, was sentenced to prison and ordered to register as a s*x offender after s*xually explicit communications with a 15-year-old student—including discussing buying an African slave for s*xual purposes. Our office will continue working to protect Kenosha County students.

FORMER BRADFORD HIGH SCHOOL SUBSTITUTE TEACHER SENTENCED TO PRISON AND ORDERED TO REGISTER AS A S*X OFFENDER

Alexander Poyner, 33 years old, a former Bradford High School substitute teacher, was sentenced today to prison and ordered to register as a s*x offender following his conviction for criminal conduct involving a 15-year-old Bradford High School student.

Poyner was formally charged by the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office in February 2025 following an investigation into s*xually explicit Instagram communications between Poyner and the 15-year-old student.

Poyner worked as a substitute teacher at Bradford High School in Kenosha. He also worked as a substitute teacher at Nicolet High School and in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District.

According to the criminal complaint, the messages were exchanged between September and October 2024 and included repeated discussions of s*xual acts, s*xual preferences, bo***ge, submission, buying an African slave, and other s*xually explicit subjects.

Among the communications documented in the criminal complaint, Poyner told the 15-year-old student:

“Too bad yoh straight and too young.”

In another exchange, Poyner demonstrated that he understood the significance of the student’s age, writing:

“Shii I hope it ain’t me, I’m not trying to catch a case but when someone turns 18, the gloves are off. No diddy FR”

When the student asked what Poyner meant, Poyner responded:

“I give a certain graduation gift to those who might want it
So….. right back to you!! LMAO”

The criminal complaint documents additional s*xually explicit conversations between Poyner and the student. In one exchange, Poyner connected his s*xual activity to his work around students, writing:

“NGL some days I really needed that cane, and it was hard to sit down at the desk
I did like standing in front of students knowing I was a nasty ass slt boy for a thug the night before
Made me feel dirty and happy”

In another exchange, Poyner wrote:

“Freak!
I support you
No matter what, I’m freakier
I know it”

He then told the student:

“Try me”

The complaint also documents Poyner discussing a s*xual fe**sh involving “water sports” with the 15-year-old student. Poyner provided hints regarding the meaning of the term and referenced “some R. Jelly s**t,” which the complaint identifies as a reference to R. Kelly.

The criminal complaint also documents a disturbing exchange involving race, slavery, and s*xual activity. Poyner wrote to the 15-year-old student:

“Because your darker or you’re into kinky s**t?
I would FR bought some s*xy fine n***as but set them free
But woulda made they offer could live with me and not be a slave, but gotta give me that Afro dick when I need it. Lmao

I’m terrible
Why am I like this?”

The exchange included Poyner discussing buying an African slave for s*xual purposes and was among the numerous s*xually explicit communications documented in the criminal complaint between Poyner and the 15-year-old student.

The Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office will continue to aggressively prosecute individuals who abuse positions of trust or authority to engage in criminal s*xual misconduct involving children. Protecting our students and holding offenders accountable will remain a priority of this office.
