A MEMORIAL DAY MESSAGE:
In this year of our Nation's 250th Anniversary, Memorial Day seems a bit more special as we remember and honor those who gave their lives to preserve and defend our God-given freedoms and liberties. From our War for Independence, to the Civil War, to World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and more recent conflicts around the globe, brave men and women died so we can be free.

But not everyone values God-given freedoms and liberties. Unbelievably, those on the political left desire just the opposite, and work tirelessly to move our nation toward a Godless, Socialist, Communist form of government. And today, the contrast between "Progressive" Socialist Democrats and Conservative Freedom-loving Republicans is as clear as it's ever been. The Democrat Party has always promoted un-American values beginning with their party's founding in 1828 promoting and defending the evil institution of slavery. The Republican Party was founded in 1854 to abolish slavery and succeeded in 1863 under our first Republican President Abraham Lincoln. This is just one simple example of the stark contrasting history, spirit, and legacies of America's 2 dominant political parties. As Republicans have historically fought to preserve and defend our Godly American values, Democrats have historically fought to oppose and replace them, even to this very day.

So if you love America, our Flag, and all it stands for, we invite you to join us in honoring those who have given their lives to defend it. As Jesus Christ famously told his disciples and carried out, "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." Join us and fellow Patriots on Memorial Day from 1-3pm for a Flag Wave in front of our Victory Center in downtown Hudson. And remember this Memorial Day that Republicans Love America!
