Everyone is talking about brain rot due to endless scrolling... but did you know that va**ng also hurts your brain?

Va**ng is not "cool", the real cool kids are the ones that have healthy brains. If you are a teenager that vapes, we want you to know that it can increase future addiction to other drugs. Vapes are intended to be used by smokers to quit smoking. It should never be picked up as a habit by a teenager or young adult.

If you are a parent to a teenager that "vapes because everyone else is also doing it", sit down with them and show them how bad va**ng is for their health. Va**ng is not a trend you jump into; va**ng is an addictive activity that hurts your body.

Think va**ng is harmless? Think again. Know the facts. Many young adults are using vapes without knowing the risks. Vapes might seem harmless but they contain NI****NE.

Ni****ne is highly addictive. Every puff contains aerosols that damage your lungs. Even if your friends tell you, "Va**ng is cool" or "everyone vapes and nothing happens to them" DON'T. Know what you are putting in your body before taking that first puff.
