Members of the Multi-County Crash Investigation Team (MCCIT) were privileged to participate in today’s “Behind the Badge” Golf Scramble played at the Cherokee Hills Golf Course in Bellefontaine. The MCCIT golfers were (L to R) Deputy Jake Boyd of the Logan Co. Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Josh Kent and Dispatch Coordinator Nate Coffield of the Union Co. Sheriff’s Office, and Hardin County Sheriff’s Sgt. Kendrick Garmon. Behind the Badge is A 501C3 organization that supports various programs of the Logan County Sheriff's Office and its crime prevention and community outreach efforts.

🚨 SUSPECT IN CUSTODY 🚨

​The felony pursuit that began in Lima earlier today has come to a safe conclusion. The suspect has been apprehended by law enforcement.

​He is currently being transported to the Multi County Jail, where he will be held pending his formal arraignment.

WARNING! BE CAUTIOUS OF HIGH WATER ON ROADWAYS! Prolonged rain overnight and this morning has led to high water on many Hardin County and State Roadways. While the majority of the flooding is currently confined to southeast Hardin County, it is anticipated that flooding will become more widespread throughout the county. Motorists are advised to exercise caution; Do Not drive through water-covered roadways. TURN AROUND! DON’T DROWN! Highway crews will post warning signs as possible. Nevertheless, heed this warning with or without signs. Report high water emergencies to 9-1-1.
