This notice was posted on the door yesterday and has also been posted on the website. There will be a Special City Council meeting tonight, July 14, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Keota City Hall.

Just a reminder — this meeting is TONIGHT at 7:00 p.m. in the Keokuk County Courthouse courtroom in Sigourney.

This meeting is open to the public. While there will be no public comment or questions, Keota Mayor Ryan Carr and members of the Keota City Council will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the discussion.

If you have questions or concerns regarding law enforcement in Keokuk County, be sure to share them with Mayor Carr or your Keota City Council members before the meeting.

Steve Shettler Media will be live streaming the meeting for those who are unable to attend in person, but the public is encouraged to attend.
