***State Trooper Chewning will be at the Center this Monday, 8/24, for a discussion on senior safety, scams, and distracted driving. This will start at 10:30 so mark your calendars and plan to attend this information event!***

REMINDER:
DRUG TAKE-BACK MEDICATION will take place tomorrow here at the Fox Township Senior Center.

Please drop off between 10:30-1:00 any unused medications (examples: Prescriptions, Prescription patches, Over-the-Counter medications, Vitamins, Sample medications, Medication for pets)

The officers from the Elk County Sheriff's office will be here to assist and answer any questions you may have regarding this event or safety in general.

There will be Pound Bingo at the Center tomorrow starting at 10:30. What is pound Bingo you ask? You bring in a wrapped item (about a pound in weight) to play. When you win, you take a wrapped item from the table or you can take someone else's (if all are taken). It's very easy and a lot of fun. So come on out and bring a friend and have some fun!

The ELK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE is pleased to announce a Drug Take-Back / Medication Collection Event will take place at the:

Fox Twp Senior Center located at 365 Main Street in Kersey on Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 10:30 A.M. until 1PM.

Items Accepted:
EXAMPLES: Prescriptions, Prescription patches, Over-the-Counter medications, Vitamins, Sample medications, Medication for pets.

ALL DEPOSITS WILL REMAIN ANONYMOUS

Contact the Senior Center at 814-885-8111 for more information.
