The crisp air and changing leaves signal the arrival of fall! Our team is here to help you embrace October with wellness resources that celebrate autumn’s charm while supporting your health.

This month, we’ve created a Fall Bingo opportunity which is a fun and festive way to engage in seasonal activities. From apple picking to carving pumpkins, these simple traditions offer opportunities to stay active, reduce stress, and enjoy the outdoors before winter sets in. Whether you're raking leaves, trying a new fall recipe, or cheering on your favorite football team, each activity is a chance to recharge and reconnect.

Apple picking is a great fall tradition. It’s a heart-healthy way to spend time outside and stock up on fresh produce. After your orchard visit, try our featured Apple Crisp recipe, which is a warm, wholesome treat that’s perfect for cozy evenings and supports your nutrition goals.

As temperatures drop, we’re also sharing tips to help you stay healthy during cold and flu season. Simple habits like sanitizing frequently, purifying your air, and taking advantage of natural sunlight can make a big difference. We encourage everyone to consider getting a flu shot and continue making nutrient-rich food choices to support immunity. - HealthCheck360
