40 YEARS AT ONE LINCOLN PARK!
What a celebration! We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating 40 years of One Lincoln Park with our residents, families, friends, guests and members of the Kettering community.
Since opening our doors in 1986, One Lincoln Park has built a legacy of connection, friendship and community. Four decades later, that same spirit remains, while OLP continues to grow and evolve with refreshed spaces, beautiful outdoor areas, new activities and opportunities for lifelong learning.
Our 40th Birthday Bash was a reflection of that spirit! The afternoon was filled with delicious food, live music, desserts, laughter and plenty of time spent together. We even raised our glasses for a special toast to 40 years of One Lincoln Park!
It was also a special moment to have Kettering Mayor Bryan Suddith and Gerald Busch a One Lincoln Park resident who served as mayor when our community first opened in attendance. Having both a connection to OLP’s beginning and the city’s leadership today made the celebration even more meaningful.
For 40 years, One Lincoln Park has been part of the fabric of Kettering — creating connections across generations and providing a place where residents can enjoy an active, independent and connected lifestyle.
And while 40 years is certainly worth celebrating, we’re not slowing down anytime soon. One Lincoln Park is Better Than Ever!
