Dear Ruby Luxemburg Guests:
We are hosting our next Pantry Saturday, May 9th 8:30 am - 10:00 am. at 700 Heritage Road, Luxemburg , St. John’s Site. We are all learning how to live with COVID 19 virus and will need to adjust how we distribute the bundles of food and how we help as many people as we can. In order to do that and keep our volunteers and you safe, we are asking for your collaboration and positivity by doing the following during our Pantry:
1. Food will be distributed in a “drive through, load and go” method. Guests will remain in their vehicles and pay close attention to the parking attendants who will guide you through.
2. All volunteers will mask when interacting with you and we are asking you to do the same to help protect us.
3. Please have your $20 donation ready when the registration attendant comes to your car.
4. We are only allowing 1 bundle of food per vehicle in order to spread to many. Please consider sharing with others to get through til next Pantry.
5. Our online pre-registration has been put on hold temporarily.
6. Our parking lot will Not be open to the public until 7:30 am.
Thank you for your help and cooperation in making this a safe and successful distribution. May you find peace and comfort as you cast all your worries to our Lord and Saviour Jesus. Christ and know we have hope because he loves each and everyone one us.
