Today we are celebrating World Lizard Day! Did you know when you go to our website, keyslibraries.org and type in "lizard" into the search you will get over 170 results! Come in to your Key Largo Library Branch and celebrate by getting a book on lizards, reserving one from another branch and have it sent here for pick up, or watch an interesting lizard documentary on Kanopy!

You may have noticed a couple new faces in the upper Keys Monroe County Libraries!
As the newest Librarian to join the Key Largo Library branch, Gabriela has finally landed her dream job! Naturally, Gabriela loves to read by the pool and highly recommends "Sabriel" by Garth Nix if you enjoy Fantasy YA (Tim Curry narrates the audiobook). Gabriela lives in Miami with her mom and threenager (a Belgian Shepherd named Lola), speaks Spanish, and has never met a piece of chocolate she didn't love!
