Naval Branch Health Clinic Key West and the VA Clinic are currently experiencing telephone service issues that have prevented staff from making outgoing calls. Incoming calls may be affected as well. Technicians are actively working toward a resolution. At this time, the earliest estimated timeframe for restoration of full service is June 17. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post updates as soon as phone lines are restored to normal operations.

Attention NBHC Key West patients: to help mitigate the impact on patients during the temporary closure of the front entrance and ongoing VCC project, designated parking for patients has been established on the south side of the building near the accessible entrance and the VA clinic entrance. This entrance also provides closer access to the pharmacy and laboratory, which are among the most frequently utilized services by veterans on the Navy side of the clinic, aside from physical therapy.

Due to December 24th and 26th being declared a holiday by executive order, Naval Branch Health Clinic Key West will be closed next week from Wednesday on. If there is an emergency, visit your local emergency room or call the 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1. Please plan ahead if you need prescriptions filled or refilled.
