We, Filipinos, Filipino-American and others, being citizens of the United States of America, and residents of the Florida Keys, do hereby associate ourselves together for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation in order to protect our mutual interests, preserve and promote our national, historical and cultural heritage, improve and strengthen our social and economic well-being and to achieve better understanding, coordination and support among ourselves and with other nationalities.
