A new Florida law requires vessel owners to attest that their boat has the required safety equipment when completing a registration or renewal.

Simply complete a Vessel Safety Equipment Attestation form when you register or renew your registration. We’ll issue you the decal immediately.

📌 Reminder: Compliance is confirmed by signing the form. Please do not bring your boat or equipment to the office.
