As an agricultural export specialist, small businessman, and economics lecturer at California State University Stanislaus, I have witnessed a serious decline over the last decade in Sacramento meeting the needs of the Central Valley. Our water delivery infrastructure has received little to no investment in almost a century. Our public schools are struggling to maintain funding. Local businesses ar

e losing the tax credits they need to stay competitive. As your next Assembly Member, I will work to ensue increased water storage, fight to control excessive regulations which plague small businesses, and pledge to always keep my eye on the ball for our local interests.
