On April 13th 2021 The Keyes Utility Authority Board of Trustees voted to restructure and change Keyes Utility Authority Utility Rates. You will see these changes in effect from your July bill, going forward.
Also, the Bulk Water Rate will be raised to
$.50/100 gallons.

These decisions were not made lightly, they were made with the future of Keyes and the wellbeing of it's people and infrastructure in mind. The changes made are critically necessary to keep Keyes going into the future. We ask for your understanding and kindness at this time.

Due to the extended and extreme cold weather, the availability and cost of natural gas are increasing dramatically. Please take any course of action you can to reduce your natural gas consumption including: shutting down all non-essential gas burning equipment, lowering thermostat settings as much as tolerable, keeping air circulating and making sure building doors and windows are secured. These conditions are likely to be in effect through at least Tuesday, or until further notice.
