Traffic Alert – Serious Motor Vehicle Crash Investigation

The Aberdeen Township Police Department, in conjunction with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, is currently investigating a serious motor vehicle crash at the intersection of State Highway 35 Southbound and Cliffwood Avenue.

Due to the ongoing active investigation, the New Jersey Department of Transportation has closed:

State Highway 35 Southbound at County Road
State Highway 35 Northbound in Keyport Borough

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes. Significant traffic delays are expected.

Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available and roadway conditions change.

Parking Enforcement Notice:

The three-hour parking ordinance is enforced on specific streets during designated hours. Vehicles parked for more than three hours are required to be relocated.
The following streets and times are affected:

Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

West Front Street from Beers to Broad,
Main Street from West Front to Third, Broad Street from First Street to Third East Front Street from Broad to Church
