Today, on the second anniversary of his passing, we remember our friend, brother, and mentor, Chief Tim Pfleger. Not a day goes by that we don’t think of him and the impact he had on not only our company, but our department as a whole. He will forever be missed. Thank you for all the good memories. Rest in eternal peace Tim. “Let’s go get it”

The following is the visitation and funeral service arrangements for Chief of Department Timothy Pfleger; A visitation wake will be held Wednesday, October 5th 3pm-8pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 S Holmdel Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733. A Firefighter’s Memorial Service will be held at 7pm. A funeral mass will be held Thursday October 6th 11am at St. John’s United Methodist Church 2000 Florence Ave, Hazlet, NJ 07730. We ask that Fire Departments that wish to send fire apparatus to either service please contact Chris Tuberion (732) 757-7342. We would like to thank everyone for the tremendous outpouring of support and the assistance we’ve received over the last few days. Tim’s family has asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in his name to the Keyport Fire Department.

It is with great sadness that the members of Keyport Fire Patrol announce the passing of Chief of Department Timothy Pfleger. Chief Pfleger was an amazing firefighter, outstanding chief and above all a genuine loving friend. Anyone who had the honor of meeting him knows that his friendship will always be missed. Tim was a true leader to the members of Keyport Fire Patrol and was always there to help with anything he could. He will truly be missed and our family will forever mourn his loss. We ask that everyone please keep the Pfleger family in your hearts and prayers.
