Our new fire station is officially complete, and we couldn't be more proud. This modern facility gives our firefighters the space, tools, and readiness needed to serve Sabine at the highest level.

A heartfelt thank-you to HLH Design for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire project. They helped turn a community vision into a reality we can all be proud of.

Thanks to a generous $20,000 contribution from the Sabine River Authority of Texas, Sabine Fire & Rescue has added a Polaris Ranger 1000 to our fleet.

This new unit will help us reach areas along the 13 miles of the Sabine River that form Gregg County ESD 2’s northern border, improving access for wildland firefighting, flood response, and search & rescue operations.

The Ranger will be fully outfitted with wild-land firefighting gear, EMS equipment, and off-road transport capabilities for both emergency response and community events.

The fire station is nearing completion, and a meaningful milestone has been reached — the flagpole has been installed, and the American Flag now flies proudly above the Fire Department.

We are deeply grateful to Mike Clements, owner of Energy Weldfab Inc., for generously donating the flagpole that makes this possible. It's a beautiful symbol of honor, service, and community!
