The KISD Education Foundation delivered some sweet treats to all of the campuses today as a small THANK YOU and token of APPRECIATION to the teachers of KISD!! Our most heartfelt THANK YOU to the teachers of Kilgore ISD for all of effort, time, attention and care that you put into your work every day! Today is OUR FAVORITE day of the year! The BULLDOG BRIGADE was out and about this morning and awarded over $30,000 in Innovation Grants to the teachers and adminstrators of Kilgore ISD! Kilgore Primary student Archer Beall and his teacher, Miss McKinnon had a SPECIAL ride to school this morning courtesy of the Kilgore Fire Department! This was one of the auction items from the Bulldogs & Boots Gala...so a big THANK YOU to Archer's mom Lana Beall for purchasing this experience for him and to Fire Chief Ryan Riley and the entire Kilgore Fire Department for donating this experience! Building the Future of Kilgore ISD- recently, members of the Kilgore ISD Education Foundation, the Kilgore City Council, the Kilgore City Manager, the Kilgore ISD Board of Trustees, and representatives from Kilgore College had the opportunity to tour the construction site of the new Kilgore High School.

Superintendent Dr. Andy Baker personally guided the group through the site, sharing updates on the progress of construction and highlighting key features of the new facility. It was an exciting opportunity for community leaders to see the vision for the future of KHS coming to life.

This project represents a strong partnership between our schools, city leadership, and community stakeholders...all working TOGETHER to provide outstanding facilities and opportunities for our students.

We are grateful for the continued support of our community as we build a space that will serve generations of Bulldogs to come.
