The City of Kilgore has approved a firework display permit for the KMWA Juneteenth Celebration, tomorrow, Friday, June 19th. Roadways surrounding the firework launch zone will be closed for both vehicles and pedestrians from around 3:00 pm until approximately 10:00 pm, or when the firework vendor has deemed all fireworks have been shot. The firework show is scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm. Please visit Kilgore Men and Women of Alliance for further event details.

Tomorrow, we celebrate freedom, unity, and community at KMWA's annual Juneteenth Celebration! ❤️💛💚

Head to City Park starting at 6 p.m. for an evening of live entertainment, delicious food, family activities, and a fireworks show to close out the celebration. 🎆

Bring your lawn chairs, gather your friends and family, and join us as we honor this important day together in the City of Stars. 🌟

Friday we are lighting up the skies with fireworks and filling the air with the sound of music. Family fun for all will be had.

The City of Kilgore is now accepting proposals for the operation and management of Meadowbrook Golf & Event Center. ⛳

Meadowbrook is a valued community asset featuring a 9-hole golf course, driving range, event spaces, and recreational amenities. The City is seeking a qualified partner to continue providing exceptional experiences for golfers, event guests, and the community.
