181st CM CO (HR) bid farewell to 1SG Thedros Poinsette this morning. 1SG Poinsette served as the Company’s 1SG for 25 months and was the driving force in our successes during our rotation to the RoK.
After 24 years of dedicated service to the U.S. Army, he is gearing up to spend more time with his family as they relocate to Georgia.
During his last formation with the Company, he reminded Soldiers that above all else- they need to focus on who they will be once they’re out of the Army by prioritizing their mental health, education, and TSP. He told the Soldiers to seek help if need be, take advantage of the educational benefits the Army provides, and to contribute to their retirement!
Thank you, 1SG Poinsette! The Soldiers, NCOs, and Officers of 181 won’t forget your mentorship and kindness.
