Killen Municipal Court Municipal Court in Killen Alabama handles all misdemeanors and traffic offenses within the City limit The mailing address is P.O. Box 27, Killen, Alabama 35645.

Killen Municipal Court is located inside of Killen Town Hall at 319 J C Mauldin Hwy. The Court handles all misdemeanors, and traffic offenses occurring within the Killen city limits. Court is held every third Wednesday at 9:00am. The Killen Municipal Court Clerk/Magistrate can be reached at (256) 757-1246 ext. 1. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am until 4:30 pm. Judge Cliff Wright, and the Killen Municipal Prosecutor, work part-time and are available on the day court is being held. Some charges are payable without a court appearance. Cashier check, debit/ credit cards and money orders are acceptable methods of payment. Other charges require a court appearance. If you have any questions about your court appearance, please call Killen Municipal Court. If you are interested in going to Driving school you MUST appear in court on your court date. Only the Judge can grant you permission to attend the driving school program.

📢 NOTICE FROM THE KILLEN MUNICIPAL COURT

The Killen Municipal Court would like to remind all individuals with outstanding court fines, court costs, or unpaid balances that Alabama law permits the interception of Alabama state income tax refunds to satisfy qualifying debts owed to municipal courts.

Pursuant to Alabama Code § 40-18-100 et seq., outstanding court costs and fines may be submitted for collection through the State of Alabama's tax refund offset program. If approved, all or a portion of your Alabama state income tax refund may be redirected to satisfy your outstanding court debt.

If you currently have unpaid fines, court costs, or an active warrant we encourage you to contact the Killen Municipal Court as soon as possible to determine your balance and discuss available payment options.
