Exciting news! Join us Thursday at 1:00 PM at Thomas Condon Visitor Center Theater for a talk titled, “Journey into Dog Origins: What an Exceptional Mesocyon Skeleton Reveals.” Discover new insights into the evolutionary history of dogs.

The Thomas Condon Visitor Center is closed today 1/19 for the holiday. It will reopen Thursday 1/22 at 10 am. The grounds and trails remain open for exploring!

Planning a weekend trip to the park? Come to the visitor center in the Sheep Rock Unit for normal hours from 10 am - 4 pm. It will be closed for the holiday on Monday January 19th, but you can still go for a hike on the trails!

Half the park is after dark! The skies have been crystal clear in the Sheep Rock Unit lately. If you happen to be here after sunset, stay a while and enjoy our dark skies.

The area around the barn at the Historic Cant Ranch is open again! The roof and support elements have been replaced and restored. Please enjoy the grounds around the barn.
