Our Public Health in Practice Conference is approaching!
This conference is meant for all who are the cross sector of community health!

Rural communities face unique health challenges—and tremendous opportunities for innovation and collaboration. This opening plenary will bring together the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Secretary and leaders from across sectors to explore how partnerships can transform rural health in Wisconsin.

Panelists will share perspectives and real-world experiences on cross-sector collaboration, innovative approaches, and strategies that are improving health outcomes and strengthening rural communities. The conversation will highlight how multi-sectoral partners can work together to address complex challenges and create lasting impact.

Designed as a conversational and engaging discussion, the panel will focus on practical solutions, lessons learned, and opportunities for continued collaboration to advance community health and support the future of rural Wisconsin.
