Veterans are once again able to apply for the free Department of Veterans Affairs ID card after technical problems late last year forced a delay to the program. The free ID card, originally rolled-out in late November, was ordered by Congress in 2015 as a way to give veterans proof of service at businesses without carrying a copy of their DD-214 forms. It is available for all honorably discharged veterans, regardless of era or time in service.

On the Counties drop down menu, a calendar of events, VFW & American Legion Post Contact and Photo Page, Ladies Organizations & other Veterans County info will appear. On the Vets Sites drop down menu, Federal, State, Military, Spouse, Educational, Jobs and Veterans Health Care Plan Links, and the Veterans Hotline Numbers listing various Veteran Emergency phone numbers will appear. These links will direct you to different websites to assist you with whatever you need. There will be contact people who will help you with any veteran’s issues you may have. This site is a veterans' resource site to assist veterans and spouses of veterans in the United States Armed Forces.
