KG Love Thy Neighbor We are neighbors helping neighbors, with a spirit of love, respect, & community. We give away food. We are here to help, not to judge. We sometimes have pet food.

Love Thy Neighbor is a 'shopper's choice' food pantry, supplementing your groceries with free food, intended for those in need. If you're eating a lot of Ramen noodles because you can't afford healthier foods, this is for you. We emphasize love, respect, and community. We usually have cereal, canned goods, bread, produce, eggs, and frozen meat. We sometimes have health & beauty products. We always

have love! We're open Saturday mornings, Sunday afternoons, and Thursday evenings for grocery shopping at our free food pantry. See our hours for details, or find us on Google ("Love Thy Neighbor King George"). We serve approximately 50-120 families at our events. Our main focus is on food and hygiene items. We help customers to save their money for housing and other expenses. Most of our guests are seniors, veterans, disabled, unemployed, under-employed, or working paycheck-to-paycheck. As part of the King George Community Alliance, we are sometimes able to guide our neighbors toward additional resources for particular services they may need. We are a 100% volunteer organization. We rely on our amazing volunteers to make it all happen. We could not carry out this mission without the generous help of those who donate to us. We are OPEN today from 1 - 5pm. Hoping to give away all of these eggs. Plus lots of bread and produce, and a bit of meat, and plenty of canned goods.

We offer free food in a shopper's choice food pantry, like a little grocery store (except free!). We give away a lot of food that we recover from retailers - like these eggs, where the package was damaged but most of the eggs are still fine.

If you've been concerned about your bills or worried about paying for gas, come visit us and save some money on groceries!

We are open to everyone. (Yes, that includes people from other counties!) No ID required.

We appreciate Bobbie's Pit Bull Rescue - they're collecting pet food donations for us this coming weekend. Check out their event!

Come join us this Saturday, May 16th as the Mutineer Motorcycle Club hosts a fundraiser for our rescue!

It will be at Q Ball Cafe from 12:0pm until 4:00pm, 960 Bragg Road in Fredericksburg.

There will be great food and drinks, raffle prizes and our adopt-a-bulls Charlotte, Scarlet, Janey and Luna to meet along with some awesome local vendors.

A $10 donation is requested. We will also be collecting dog and cat food, and cat litter for KG Love Thy Neighbor and SERVE Food Pantry helping our fellow pet owners in need.
