We are incredibly proud of our very own Sarah Devereaux for pursuing her dreams and achieving one of her lifelong goals.
Sarah was recently sworn into the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, adding another incredible milestone to her journey. She is also a dedicated member of the Glenside Fire Company and a valued member of the Oliver team. Sarah's commitment to serving others, both in her community and now our country, is truly inspiring. We wish her continued success as she embarks on this exciting new chapter.

This past Sunday, Joe Mackley proudly represented Oliver Fire Protection & Security at the Margate, NJ Tools For School charity event, where volunteers came together to fill backpacks for local students as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

A sincere thank you to Todd Checkoff for the invitation to participate in such a meaningful event. We're grateful for the opportunity to lend a hand and help set students up for success.

We have the best sales team in the Fire Protection & Security industry.

Not because we just say we do, but because we genuinely enjoy working alongside one another. We challenge each other, support each other, celebrate each other's successes, and never lose sight of the fact that great teams are built on trust, respect and camaraderie.

Our mid-year celebration at Ballers Philadelphia was a chance to step away from the office, pick up a paddle, share a few laughs and remember that the relationships we build with each other are just as important as the relationships we build with our customers. That's what makes this team special and that's why there's no group we'd rather be in the trenches with.

Normal Should Never Mean Acceptable
When the headlines fade, the lessons shouldn't. This latest article from Terin Hopkins with National Fire Sprinkler Association - NFSA, examines a recent high-rise fire and asks a question our industry should continue discussing: how do we make proven fire protection more achievable in existing buildings? It is wild that he technology exists and the preventive measures are accessible, yet we accept these tragedies as "Normal" and not "Preventable". A great read with an important message.

Thank you to National Fire Sprinkler Association - NFSA for including us in your facility tours for the summer interns and some of your staff members. What a wonderful team you have assembled and we had such a great time showing them around our facility and providing some educational presentations in ITM, Design and Fire Alarms... And a special thank you to Josh for sporting our socks - Looking good!!

We hope they are all successful in their careers (hopefully in !) and wish them the best of luck.

Our team and their families recently enjoyed an incredible day at Diggerland USA, where kids climbed aboard real construction equipment, tackled exciting rides, cooled off in the water park, and made memories that will last long after the day was over.
