Yesterday, we said a bittersweet "see you later" to Becky, our Head of Children's Programming. For more than 13 years, Becky has brought creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to our library.

While we're sad to see her go, we're excited for her as she begins a new chapter at another library. Please join us in wishing Becky all the best as she continues helping children and their families discover the joy of books and libraries! Thank you, Becky, for everything you've done for our library and community. We'll miss you!

A special thank you to one of our volunteers, Jesse, for all of his help this school year! Throughout the year, he helped count our monthly voting, board game pieces, and shelve children's books. We are grateful for all of our UMHS volunteers who help make the library a welcoming and vibrant place for our community!

When we asked what he enjoyed most, Jesse said his favorite thing this year was counting the votes for places the library might consider adding to our museum pass collection, including the American Helicopter Museum and Philadelphia Magic Gardens.
